Education and Professional Background
Ana Helena Pessoa has been a partner at the firm since 2001 and a member of the Executive Committee since 2018. Her practice is primarily focused on civil law, representing both corporations across a broad range of economic sectors and individuals in judicial and extrajudicial matters. She also has extensive experience in family law, succession and estate planning.
Prior to joining Bastos-Tigre, Ana Helena was a partner at Miguez de Mello Advogados, where she specialized in tax litigation.
She holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio, 1995), as well as a postgraduate degree from IAG/Master at PUC-Rio (1997).
